Employer seeking individual with experience (preferably in  real estate/property management, or other customer service related industry). Will address tenant needs, maintain office hours, collect rents, show units, schedule vacant units for turnaround, prepare/maintain rent rolls, maintenance records, advertisements, etc, and answer to the corporate office. Will live on site in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment provided as part of the monthly compensation.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Must have good office skills, be computer literate w/excel & word, and have excellent phone & customer skills.<BR>* Must have neat, professional appearance & bearing<BR>* Must be able to live on site<BR>* Must be physically capable of performing minimal manual labor (occasionally lift up to 50lbs) including good ability to manuever 3 flights of stairs on a routine basis<BR>* Must be able to pass a civil & background check, drug test, plus  have favorable credit, rental, & previous employment history<BR>* Must be bondable (surety bond; will handle money)<BR>* Must have clean driving record and reliable year around transportation<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>*Must be highly flexible to be available whenever tenants need service<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Employer prefers individual with experience preferably in real estate, property management, or other customer service related industry<BR><BR>- Honorably discharged veterans, widows/widowers, or spouses of honorably discharged veterans who have service connected permanent and total disability are also encouraged to apply<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Will typically work full time, 40 hrs, Mon-Fri. 10 AM to 5PM. Will be required to operate and maintain the on site leasing office in accordance with the days/hours determined by the corporate office. Will be required to be on call throughout the week (24/7).<BR>Public Transportation not relevant or available regarding this position<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Will receive $900 per month plus 2 bedroom/2bathroom ground floor apartment plus utilities (water, garbage, sewer, & electricity).
