Maintain and update client files<BR>? Manage mailing and postage supplies and process<BR>? Maintain office supplies, forms, and marketing materials<BR>Marketing:<BR>? Contact clients by phone and email to set and confirm appointments<BR>? Schedule client meetings and prepare client meeting material<BR>? Help develop, schedule and operate client events<BR>? Monitor targeted lists of clients for marketing campaigns<BR>Operations:<BR>? Assist with contact management updates<BR>? Prepare client paperwork and monitor progress<BR>? Assist with follow up from client appointments<BR>Position Requirements<BR>? 20 -25 hours per week<BR>? Willing to work at two different locations<BR>? 2-3 years of administrative experience<BR>? Must be fluent with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint<BR>? Must have excellent organizational and time management skills<BR>? Knowledge of financial services industry a plus<BR>? Previous experience supporting a financial advisor a plus<BR>? Excellent attitude and extraordinary client service orientation<BR>? Excellent analytical skills<BR>? Excellent interpersonal skills<BR>? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and independently prioritize<BR>?
