Top performers deserve top pay-If You have the Drive, We have the Vehicle.<BR><BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>The Parts Driver delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership while ensuring the delivery truck is in a clean and operable condition.<BR><BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>o Deliver & pick up parts as requested by Parts Manager<BR>o Load truck in such a way as to eliminate damage to sheet metal and other fragile parts<BR>o Organize schedule of deliveries to maximize efficiency and post schedule to make available for contact<BR>o Keep truck clean and neat and regularly check vehicle to keep in good running condition<BR>o Report any malfunctions of parts vehicle to Parts Manager immediately<BR>o Assist in keeping parts department & parts area clean<BR>o Make pick up and deliveries safely and call the shipping department from each pick up and delivery stop<BR>o Pick up only parts that have a purchase order on the invoice<BR>o Update delivery log after each delivery<BR>o Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients and complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager<BR>o Perform all other duties as assigned<BR>o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company''s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers<BR>o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>Qualifications:<BR>o Must meet company''s requirements for employment<BR>o Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information<BR>o Must have a valid driver''s license<BR>o Ability to use computer and calculator<BR>o Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts<BR>o Professional appearance<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:<BR>o Required to move throughout the parts shelves all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory<BR>o Stand six to eight hours during<BR>o Must be able to lift up to seventy-five pounds<BR>o Must be able to climb at least two flights of stairs<BR>o Will be exposed to noise, dust and exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials<BR>o Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain<BR>o Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders<BR><BR>Required Education<BR>o   High School Diploma or equivalent<BR><BR>Compensation<BR>At AutoNation you''ll find unlimited income potential, paid time off, t                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
