Top performers deserve top pay-If You have the Drive, We have the Vehicle.<BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>The Parts Stockperson receives and verifies incoming orders and ensures that they are stocked and recorded according to dealership standards.<BR><BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>o Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities<BR>o Fill "will call" orders<BR>o Pick parts for counter salesmen<BR>o Maintain receiving and shipping records<BR>o Break out and organize shipments, ready for stocking<BR>o Assist in putting up stock<BR>o Assist in maintenance of bins and equipment<BR>o Assist in arrangement of department, including movement of bins as needed<BR>o Supervise returned parts and maintain separate storage area for such parts<BR>o Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled<BR>o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company''s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers<BR>o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>Qualifications:<BR>o Must meet company''s requirements for employment<BR>o Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information<BR>o One year of experience in a dealership position<BR>o Ability to interpret vendor catalogs<BR>o Ability to use parts department computer system and calculator<BR>o Excellent oral and in written communication skills<BR>o Ability to operate an automobile<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:<BR>o Ability to withstand prolonged periods of computer usage and/or data entry<BR>o Ability to stand, walk and/or sit for prolonged periods<BR>o Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain<BR>o Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders<BR><BR>Required Education<BR>.High School Diploma or equivalent<BR>.Completion of parts seminars that include selling skills, telephone skills, stocking and inventory control.<BR><BR>Compensation<BR>At AutoNation you''ll find unlimited income potential, paid time off, training, longevity bonuses, 401(k) program - with company match, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, employee vehicle purchase program and fantastic advancement opportunities.<BR><BR>Comments<BR>Put your Career in the Fast Lane join AutoNation today<BR>We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.<BR><BR>Job ID: 145884apply </font></td>
