               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Payroll Clerk<BR><BR><BR>Spokane company is looking for a experienced payroll clerk. This position is a temporary position and is expected to run for approximately 5 months.<BR><BR>The Payroll Clerk will assist with the functions of weekly processing of payroll to ensure all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner. Essential responsibilities include:<BR><BR>1. Perform tasks to maintain payroll records by verifying and entry of payroll information into the ADP payroll system.  <BR>2. Work with creditor garnishments, bankruptcies, tax levies and child support orders.<BR>3. Updating TAB, personal holiday and company holidays for employees and their supervisors.<BR>4. Calculating exception reports and pay data entry in compliance with established federal, state and company standards. <BR>5. Process manual payroll checks.<BR>6. Integrate Kronos with ADP biweekly and verify accuracy.<BR>7. Understand and perform the processes of payroll at a multi-state level (quarterly, annually, federal, state and company forms).<BR>8. Run custom and pay data audit reports on bi-weekly and monthly basis.<BR>9. Payroll filing and other necessary miscellaneous tasks.<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
