               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: PC Support Team Lead - Deaconess Hospital<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR><BR>The PC Support Team Lead reports to the Desktop Services Manager and provides L2 direction and support to the Help Desk. Tier two support includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving software and hardware problems in large networked environment (including outside the LAN via the clinic VPN). This individual is responsible for making sure the PC Support staff follows the SOPs and meets the established metrics and meets department SLAs/OLAs. He or she will also meet with department managers and directors to facilitate projects and develop and reach IT and corporate goals. The Team Lead responds promptly and efficiently to a variety of requests from individuals and team members from a varied group of departments in a busy medical office environment while maintaining customer service standards.<BR><BR>Education:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* B.
