               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Physical Therapist<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_02489<BR>Providence is calling a Home Health Physical Therapist to Providence VNA Home Health in Spokane, WA.<BR>We are seeking an experienced and independent PT to join our team of caregivers who provide in home treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Allow patients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while receiving safe, effective rehabilitation in the security of their home.<BR>* Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment.<BR>* Drive to your patients? homes throughout your assigned region on a daily basis<BR>* Use critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and your ability to make independent decisions.<BR>* Utilize software programs for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Minimum Bachelor?s Degree and a Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy<BR>* Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in Washington State<BR>* Valid driver license and insured, reliable vehicle<BR>* Current CPR certification<BR>* One year experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field.<BR><BR><BR>About the ministry you will serve.<BR>Providence VNA Home Health is a not-for-profit, home health ministry serving patients in their places of residence in the greater Spokane community of Washington state. We provide health care for patients of all ages who have a temporary condition such as post-surgical care, or are recovering from or living with a chronic condition.
