Therapists will be providing direct patient care, screenings and discipline-specific therapeutic services to members and patients including evaluation of patients, the development of a patient centered treatment plan, administration and implementation of the treatment program, periodic reassessment and discharge planning. Each therapist is responsible for the health and safety of all patients in his or her care.
