<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Post Production Team Lead<BR><BR>Department:<BR>Residential<BR>Location:<BR>Spokane, WA<BR><BR>SUMMARY:Manages all aspects and employees of the Closing and Post Production departments. Responsible for managing the QA process for the Bank and ensuring all funded loans are compliant, and follow bank and secondary market guidelines. Ensures compliance with FNMA, Freddie, GNMA and FDIC requirements of all loan production.<BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.<BR>* Manages job performance and quality of work for all Closing and Post Production employees<BR>* Meets weekly, or as required, with employees under supervision to determine work needs and manage the department<BR>* Performs employee annual reviews in conjunction with input from loan officers regarding quality and performance<BR>* Coordinates, as needed, the work flow for team<BR>* Provides coaching, training and guidance.<BR>* Coordinates ongoing training of existing staff as well as training of new employees<BR>* Reviews file quality for employee development<BR>* Develops training materials to include all supporting information and examples regarding the process and procedures of the department<BR>* Develops, implements, and audits best QA practices.<BR>* Develops QA standards for the department and practices/checklists to ensure <5% Tier 1 error ratios.<BR>* Maintains all reporting with MERS<BR>* Verifies 100% compliance with federal, state and other regulations<BR>* Conducts periodic reviews of financial loan files for file completeness and compliance with established quality standards.<BR>* Coordinates findings with appropriate staff to ensure that staff are aware of standards<BR>* Coordinates QA process for all levels of production –Origination to UW and Delivery<BR>* Communicate changes to policy to entire field on a regular basis<BR>* Keeps abreast of new methods and techniques, key industry trends and conditions and changes in laws, regulatory policies and accounting procedures.<BR>* Performs other duties, as assigned<BR><BR>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:<BR>Bachelor''s Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred) or equivalent experience and three years experience in performing financial analysis and five years experience in banking.
