               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">TCS37-12">Process Engineer II<BR><BR><BR>Job Code :TCS37-12<BR>Division :Triumph Composite Systems<BR>Location :Spokane WA US 99219<BR><BR>% of Travel Required :0-10%<BR>Job Type :Full Time<BR>Career Level :Experienced (Non-Manager)<BR>Education :Bachelor's Degree<BR>Category :Engineering,Aerospace/Aviation/Defense<BR>Compensation :From 50530 To 62383<BR>Job Description :<BR><BR>?<BR>Job Summary<BR>?<BR>Develop and Implements Products,and Procedures for Aerospace Composites Manufacturing<BR>?<BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<BR>* Designs, develops and implements processes for manufacturing, which include labor, equipment, inventory management, quality, and on time delivery (from concept to production)<BR>* Develops, evaluates, and implements manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.<BR>* Confers with Manufacturing, Operations and other Engineering staff concerning product/process design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.<BR>* Leads analysis of equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization<BR>* Maximizes efficiency through Lean Manufacturing concepts<BR>* Ensures workplace safety throughout the facility<BR>* Presents formal and timely communications to upper management and customers<BR>* Must be able to understand and develop engineering drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals and other specifications to determine feasibility<BR>* Supports improvement teams in the definition, evaluation, and implementation of improvement projects<BR>* Confers with vendors to determine product specifications for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards<BR>* Works directly with the customer during design development phases<BR>* Requires approvals on process or tooling changes<BR>* Assist with the training of lower level Engineers or Technicians<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>Technical/Interpersonal Qualifications<BR>* Demonstrated background in working with Thermoset and Thermoplastic Composites<BR>* Specific knowledge and working experience with polymers and composite resin systems<BR>* Excellent organizational skills in the areas of project management, time management, and work prioritization<BR>* Excellent leadership skills including written and verbal communication, self motivation, conflict resolution and team building skills in order to work, and lead within development, and manufacturing teams<BR>* Strong bias for action, and achieving results<BR>* Strong organized problem solving skills utilizing statistical, and analytical methodology<BR>* Practices based on engineering, and scientific fundamentals<BR>* Open and willingness to work in a continually changing environment<BR>* Willingness and ability to act as a change agent within the company to help drive growth<BR>* Must have 4 -7 years of related education and/or experience with proven successful completion of prior projects including a proven track record of                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
