<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Knowledge of construction processes and procedures<BR>Knowledge of project design, estimating, scheduling, procurement, material life cycles, contract negotiation, and contract administration<BR>Thorough knowledge of computer systems: i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and e-mail systems.<BR>Ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize well to meet deadlines.<BR>Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both internal and external guests.<BR>Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies.<BR>Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers<BR>Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with co-workers and others<BR>Prior procurement experience in a hospitality environment.<BR>Knowledge of financial reporting, and dispute resolution.<BR>Ability to develop and implement policies.<BR>Experience in multi-site management.<BR>OSHA Required 16 Hour safety Certificate<BR>Procurement and logistical support to Facilities, Food & Beverage and Operations. <BR>Creates, manages and tracks all purchase orders in support of procurement initiatives as assigned<BR>Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement of materials and supplies required to meet project and initiative deadlines<BR>Serve as a consultant to Operations and contractors for repairs and small projects administered at the individual property level<BR>Serve as a construction manager on assigned projects which do not use a general contractor, and direct minor repairs and very minor construction work performed by in-house personnel<BR>Arrange and coordinate the disposal and transportation of material that is scrapped during renovation projects<BR>Implement and communicate standards and specifications for purchasing programs<BR>Review and analyze the RFA process to insure timely and accurate execution of capital expenditures<BR>Working with other departments, analyze current procurement processes for opportunities to enhance and streamline<BR>Serve as a consultant for budgeting and cost estimations for construction and renovation projects<BR>Provide accurate and timely resolution of invoicing and accounting problems<BR>Act as a first line of contact for suppliers and contractors<BR>Coordinate, control, and provide updates on the order cycle from purchase order entry to material delivery<BR>A passion for service; responsible for delivering personalized, above and beyond service to Your customers<BR>Review, comply with, and enforce the company’s Affirmative Action Plans for minorities, women, and persons with disabilities.<BR>Other duties as assigned</font></td>
