A Spokane Valley employer, manufacturers of commercial baking solutions for the pizza, baking and restaurant industries to independent pizzerias and restaurants is recruiting for Production/Fabrication workers. Tasks will include metal forming and spinning, hard coat anodizing and PSTK finishing. Will be trained to work on the following types of machines; CNC Turret Punch / Laser operation, CNC Press Brake operation, CNC Spinning Lathe, Water based Spray Coating, Aluminum TIG Welding and will be performing the following: machine setup, machine operation, and will be utilized in several areas of fabrication to include shearing, deburing, component cleaning, material handling, and other duties associated with the fabrication process. Employer is a drug free workplace. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Must have had some type of previous production experience in a manufacturing setting. Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral: Must have demonstrated previous work history requiring hard work and where being dependable a must, must have good oral and written communication skills to contribute to all aspects of the production environment, have the demonstrated ability to work unsupervised on a frequent basis, must be able to read a tape measure with both fractions and decimals, and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Prior sheet metal fabrication experience preferred but not required. HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, all shifts, NOTE must be able and willing to work day, swing, or graveyard shifts. Near to Public Transportation but due to shift hours may not be available during the shift hours. SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: Wage starts at $10.00 to $15.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications with quarterly bonuses available. Benefits start after std. waiting period and include medical, vision, paid holidays, and vacation.
