A regional tax negotiation and resolution service located in Post Falls, ID is recruiting for a Professional Tax Debt/Resolution Consultant. You will provide first-rate customer service to help financially distressed people get relief and peace of mind on their taxes performing a detailed client interview; thoroughly explaining appropriate actions on their behalf. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must have at least two (2) or more years current tax debt/resolution experience. - Must have an intermediate working level knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and in particular Word and Excel. Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral: Must have a demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and to accurately enter data, be able to prioritize, handle urgent requests and prioritize tasks daily, have an professional appearance, have demonstrated excellent customer service skills, have the ability to build rapport with customers with excellent communication skills, and be able to pass a pre-employment background check, an IRS credit check, and provide two (2) professional references. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Have advanced level customer service skills. - Have a current PTIN and IRS Tax Prepares certificate. HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Position is fill time, schedule to be discussed further at the time of the interview. Location not on a regional bus route. SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: Salary starts at $40,000 to $70,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vacation, and holidays.
