Assignments will have high visibility within the organization and require extensive project management skills.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>? Direct and coordinate design and construction activities between all parties through all phases of construction.<BR>? Analyze highly complex and detailed plans, budgets and schedules for building and site remodeling. Demonstarted knowledge of Environmental hazard discovery/resolution and energy saving building methods and programs.<BR>? Responsible for developing the scope, budget, schedule, overall direction, administration and finanical outcome of assigned facility related projects.<BR>? Partner with business units to assure customer satisfaction is met in resolving potential issues. Assume primary facility lead role with assigned business unit or region.<BR>? Responsible to capture and sustain site maintenance inventory. Sustain site by site maintenance improvement plan and prioritize recommendations while developing capital plans within budgetary constraints.<BR>? Lead space planning efforts to maximize the effective use of space being considered while meeting the needs of the business units.<BR>? Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently in keeping with budgetary and estimating constraints.<BR>? Develop and implement new procedures, standards and policies for construction oversight.<BR><BR>Education:<BR>High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor''s Degree in Construction Management or Applicable Engineering Program preferred.<BR><BR>Skills and Knowledge:<BR>3 - 5 years of complex project management experience while managing multiple projects at the same time is required.<BR><BR>? Demonstrate knowledge of general facilities/property and construction management background and understanding. Experience in space planning and knowledge of commercial real estate management.<BR>? Extensive experience in managing all phases of construction, associated vendors, suppliers, tenants and contractors while facilitating the needs of the customer.<BR>? Proven communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.<BR>? Experience in problem diagnosis and resolution required. Experience with AutoCAD and cost estimating software preferred.<BR>? Advanced knowledge of building construction means, methods and systems including the complete understanding of achitectural and engineering drawings and blueprints.<BR><BR><BR>Environmental /Physicial Demands:<BR>Construction sites and undeveloped land, roof tops, basements, travel to area by car/van, commercial airline travel depending on assignment. Must be able to lift 25lbs to 50lbs.
