<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Project Engineer - Energy Efficiency<BR>Posted on:10/22/12<BR> <BR><BR><BR>Job Number:<BR>300193-8800-13-311398<BR><BR><BR>  Add to Cart<BR>  Email to a Friend<BR>Location:<BR>Spokane, WA<BR><BR>Description:<BR><BR><BR>The Project Engineer will provide technical support and analysis, project definition, and project management services on facilities for implementing energy efficiency improvements.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>*Serve as a project engineer and highly knowledgeable technical specialist in the area of energy efficiency.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>*Deliver high value technical and customer support to customers. <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>*Develop and implement energy efficiency projects, create new measure offerings, perform measurement and verification and provide technical oversight. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Collaborate with the energy team to advance energy efficiency offerings for commercial buildings, HVAC technologies, building controls and refrigeration in both new construction and retrofits. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Conduct energy efficiency and related audits that examine the electrical, mechanical, heating, air conditioning, and other utility systems of facilities. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Make recommendations for improvements in operational and maintenance procedures and energy efficiency capital improvements <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Assemble and analyze data and prepare reports on energy consumption and expenditures in facilities. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Assist energy program personnel in the evaluation of engineering service proposals directed toward the implementation of energy efficiency programs<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>*3-6 years in energy efficiency engineering required <BR><BR>*Proven ability to design, model and analyze mechanical systems. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Proven ability to analyze systems and process with heat transfer, fluid dynamic and thermodynamic principals for energy efficiency improvements. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Experience with design and commissioning of commercial & industrial HVAC&R systems for energy efficiency. <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Experience with energy savings calculations, energy models (i.e. DOE 2.2) and data analysis methodologies <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Must have proven project management skills <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Must be self-motivated, self- disciplined and independently problems solve technical issues <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Must be a motivated self-checker and have good written and oral communication skills <BR><BR><BR><BR>*Education: Bachelor''s degree in engineering required. Mechanical preferred.
