<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Valley Water Management, a Division of Cascade Earth Sciences (CES) has a great opportunity for an outgoing and competent engineer with agricultural experience to join its team to service clients in the Pacific Northwest, California or Southeast areas of the Country. Valley Water Management provides engineered water management solutions for agricultural irrigators that integrate pumping systems, controls, soil moisture, data management and user interfaces. CES has been in business for over 35 years providing local water and environmental customer services through its offices in Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California and China. Since 1998, CES has operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Valmont Industries, Inc. Valmont is a leading irrigation/infrastructure company based in Omaha, Nebraska that has operations around the globe.<BR>Expectations:<BR>Accountable for planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and directing sales, services and distribution within the region assigned to ensure maximum customer sales contact, satisfaction and product performance. The principal accountability is to take advantage of the opportunity for sales within an assigned region by maximizing the coverage to gain market share. Coordinate policies, programs, objectives, and procedures as they apply to product, service, training, warranty, market share, distribution, parts, innovation, and technology to increase the overall success of Valley Water Management and maximize the assigned regions' total potential for product and services sales.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>• Maximize the coverage within the assigned region to ensure sales and distribution of Valley Water Management systems, special products, their margins, market pricing, customer satisfaction and positive exposure, including promotion and market development of these products in their region.<BR>• Motivate, train and develop Dealer sales, service and parts personnel to assure that they are capable of performing all of their assigned tasks to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction within the region.<BR>• Develop and maintain competitive awareness, accurate market share and have contact with community groups, University Agricultural Staff, Business and Financial people, and other agricultural persons related to irrigation and of importance to Valley Water Management. This will require timely and accurate reporting of competitive field information, attitudes, and trends of the agricultural community within the assigned region. Successful reporting of these regions will provide Valley Water Management with directions for new product development, marketing, agricultural farming trends and finance packages to meet immediate and future requirements.<BR>• Able to handle delicate customer and Dealer negotiations and use sound judgment in decisions in order to gain customer satisfaction, at the same time protecting the Company’s interest.<BR>• Provide accurate system sales forecasts for each key market by Dealer within the region and develop written volume forecasts for each key market by Dealer.<BR>• Work in liaison with Valley Water Management service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.<BR>• Provide accurate competitive policies, pricing, sales, product knowledge, act or react to extremely volatile market conditions, develop promotional programs, and coordinate the introduction of sale promotions with other department staff.<BR>• Interface with all other organizational units within the division. Maintain an ongoing relationship with Valmont/CES Project Managers and Engineers, Valley Irrigation Territory Managers, Valley Irrigation Sales Managers and Executive Management.<BR>• Work in conjunction with Valley Irrigation Territory Managers.</font></td>

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Four (4) Year College Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, or related field 60 Months
