               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Property Accounting responsibilities include providing property accounting support to association managers and home owners.  This position is responsible for processing payroll, reconciling bank accounts, process payables and receivables for HOA’s, process positive pay.  Support internal customers by resolving questions and researching answers.    <BR><BR>Brief Description of the Major Responsibilities:    <BR>• Provide state-of-the-account data to closing agents when there is a transfer of properties, complete set up forms for new accounts, process dues and send statements, process association annual budgets.  <BR>• Prepare cash receipts for entry and deposit, process invoices for association, prepare bill run, work with and set up new vendors.<BR>• Close the month, prepare and distribute financials to association manager.<BR>• Process bi-monthly payroll; review timesheets, set up deductions, prepare payroll, process payroll, submit payroll, set up new processing period.  Research and resolve client/system problems. <BR>• Prepare and enter cash receipts and payables for managed properties, <BR>• Reconcile numerous bank accounts monthly, <BR>• Submit positive pay for outgoing bill runs.</font></td>
