Applicant must read ``How to Apply`` section for full Referral Instructions.  Spokane County residents should follow instructions to schedule an appointment.  Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>Local downtown publisher is currently recruiting for a part-time Public Safety Officer (20-30 HRS/wk) providing security for center functions, patrolling the premises & center functions.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have at least 6 months prior work experience in any setting<BR>- Must be willing to a work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.<BR> <BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Qualified applicants must be able to work unsupervised <BR>- Must have excellent observation skills<BR>- Must have excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills.<BR>- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen that is required on all applicants who are selected for hire. <BR><BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- 18 years old.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Hours will generally be 4:00 pm to midnight.
