               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">QA Inspector <BR><BR>The Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI) position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position is full time (40 hours per week.) A potential QAI must meet the minimum requirements listed under "Minimum Requirements."<BR><BR>Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>• Perform weld inspections on standard and custom product lines in accordance with ASME B&PV and AWS weld requirements.<BR>• Perform and/or witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure and leak down testing <BR>• Perform dimensional inspections<BR>• Perform incoming material receiving inspections <BR>• Perform visual cosmetic inspections<BR>• Prepare QA inspection reports and document findings<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>• High school diploma (college degree in a technical trade or profession is ideal)<BR>• Weld inspection experience (AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) is ideal)<BR>• Non Destructive Examination (NDE) experience is also highly desirable<BR>• Ability to pass Jaeger 1 and Ishahara Color eye exams<BR>• Ability to physical pass body through a 16 inch diameter man way<BR>• Ability to mentally work in confined spaces<BR>• Hands on experience with measurement tool such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, weld gauges, and other process type instrumentation gauges<BR>• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.<BR>• Must be detail orientated and have exceptional written and oral communication skills<BR>• Must have fundamental computer skills and must be comfortable using computer software.<BR><BR>To qualify, to MUST be able to pass a drug screen and background check.<BR><BR>If you qualify please send your resume to sandy.swackhamer@expresspros.com and submit your application at www.expresspros.com</font></td>
