               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Quality Assurance Supervisor<BR>Function:Quality<BR>Position Location:WA-Spokane<BR>Territory (if applicable):<BR>Supply Chain Business Unit:Supply Chain includes facilities and processes that operate to manufacture a finished product from raw material and deliver to the end-user. This business unit enhances competitive advantage, efficiency, innovation, quality and consistency.<BR>Position Purpose:This position is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining all quality programs/procedures to assure that all products manufactured by our Spokane WA animal feed manufacturing plant meet or exceed FDA/FQMS (Feed Quality Management Systems)/Feed Safety programs and customer expectations. This position is the quality functional lead for the Spokane, WA animal feed manufacturing plant reporting directly to the plant manager and indirectly to the regional quality leader.<BR>Required (Basic) Experience & Education:Four year college degree in Agriculture, Feed Science or related fields. 2 plus years of manufacturing quality supervisory or training experience in a food/feed processing environment.<BR>Required Competencies & Other Skills:Must possess strong customer service, quality orientation and the ability to work as part of a Team. Proven leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to plan and organize. Computer proficiency. Unquestionable integrity, customer focus and detail orientation. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or assignments. Strong collaboration, engagement and training skills (e.g., ability to deliver quality standards training and drive ownership at operator and manager levels). Demonstrated ability to address customer issues effectively.<BR>Preferred Experience & Education:Demonstrated proficiency in leading within a union environment.
