Duties and Responsibilities: *Conduct interviews and screening technical candidates (IT, Software and Engineering) to make sure that only the best applicants are presented to positions that suit them. *Take accurate job descriptions from customers and match qualified candidates in all classifications. *Negotiate rates with both clients and candidates. *Assure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving problems arising with customers or contractors. *Turn customer inquiries into orders and market qualified contractors. *Bring in new business and support the sales efforts of the sales staff through good public relations, responsiveness and service. *Supervise candidates who are on assignments through conducting activities for quality control and disciplinary reviews. *Maintain established partnerships with colleges for recruitment and attends job fairs and events for college recruitment.
