Responsible for managing a staff of recruiters and support personnel. Ensures staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs, company business strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>? Develop and implement recruiting strategy, goals, and processes while managing a customer-focused recruiting team. Manages program effectiveness through metrics, vendor management, and continuous process improvements.<BR>? Develop and lead the recruiting function in accordance with the company''s business growth strategies. Integrates recruiting best practices and leading trends into processes.<BR>? Responsible for effectively building a talent pipeline for difficult and high turnover positions while leveraging online recruiting strategies. Effectively manage and improve the candidate experience.<BR>? Develop, implement, and manage required federal reporting, affirmative action, and diversity initiatives. Ensures compliance with EEO, Affirmative Action, and OFCCP guidelines.<BR>? Direct, coach, and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies to attract quality, diverse candidates. Build a best in class recruiting team and function.<BR>? Oversee full life cycle recruiting while partnering with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to ensure consistent recruiting policies, practices, and recruiting strategies.<BR>? Identify assess potential talent pool sources, determine source effectiveness, and make recommendations for use based on anticipated return on investment.<BR>? Maintain a strong network of key organizations, associations, agencies, and websites for candidate sourcing.<BR><BR>Education:<BR>Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Psychology, or related field required.<BR>Master''s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business, or related field preferred.<BR><BR>Recruiting related certification and/or SPHR also preferred.<BR><BR>Skills and Knowledge:<BR>5 - 8 years of recruiting experience sourcing and filling a variety of positions (entry level to executive) required.<BR>5 - 8 years of experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team required.<BR><BR>? Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (state and federal).<BR>? Ability to multi-task and deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems.<BR>? Advanced understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically.<BR>? Experience working with and implementing tools such as resume databases, applicant-tracking systems, internet sourcing tools, social media, etc.<BR>? Possess knowledge of, and skill in, candidate assessment and behavior-based interviewing methods, process improvements, and workforce planning.<BR>?
