We offer programs to help people lose weight, quit smoking, reduce stress, manage pain, accelerate learning, master sales techniques, improve sports performance, and much more. <BR>WE WILL TRAIN YOU in the practice of hypnotism so you can lead our professional Hypnotist staff to reach their highest achievements.<BR>Company paid travel will be required to work with our staff in our Centers located in Spokane, WA., Bellevue, WA., Portland, OR. and Boise, ID. <BR>You may be our ideal candidate if you can-<BR>• Lead and inspire our professional Hypnotist staff to deliver a consistently high quality experience to our valued clients <BR>• Guide and shape best practices regarding Hypnotists’ training and growth to achieve superior client satisfaction and quality control<BR>• Use your superb analytical skills to identify, prioritize, frame and solve complex business problems and gauge the effectiveness of the overall client experience. <BR>• Manage and monitor our Hypnotists’ skills and growth in product quality and client success<BR>• Implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality and profitability<BR>• Work well with all departments in the corporate environment<BR>• Represent our company in a professional manner to our clients<BR>Our ideal candidate will have-<BR>• 10+ years experience in people management, developing training methods, deployment and ongoing training<BR>• Strong leadership, influence, partnering and collaborative skills<BR>• Proven track record of building and leading high performance teams that get things done<BR>• Experience analyzing consumer marketing data and forecasting <BR>• Superior communications skills to effectively develop and implement training and performance goals <BR>To learn more about us, visit our website at www.positivechanges.com. <BR></font></td>
