               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections service.<BR><BR>Pioneer Pathway House is an apartment building consisting of 39 units offering housing at affordable market rates with single and double occupancies.<BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Responsible for the over all operation of each facility. Maintain the cleanliness of each community restroom, all common areas and property. Provide customer service to tenants, potential tenants and guests. Insure that Landlord/Tenant Law is followed and utilized. Complete and maintain all required reports. Attend community meetings. Collect rent, deposits and fees as required.<BR><BR>Responsible for the completion of accuracy of all required paper work such as lease agreements, applications, inspection reports, etc. Perform security functions.<BR><BR> <BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR><BR>Live onsite for Tenant needs and property maintenance.<BR><BR>Responsible or maintaining occupancy at 95% or better.<BR><BR>Insure that each applicant receives full screening before tenancy if approved.<BR><BR>Strive to limit the number of police visits be de-escalating volatile situations.<BR><BR>Wort to turn vacant rooms into rent-able rooms within 96 hours or sooner.<BR><BR>Make sure that the rest rooms are sanitary and in satisfactory condition 85% of the time.<BR><BR>Issue “Notice to Comply
