Rotating weekends required. <BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Assist the Nurse Manager with staffing, scheduling, and patient care management<BR>* Develop staff through educational programs and mentoring to achieve specific clinical goals<BR>* Serve as representative on department committees, govern select unit committees, and participate in care conferences<BR>* Liaise with patients and families to ensure effective outcomes<BR>* Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and strong teaching and communication skills<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Recent RN experience in acute care setting specifically Medical Oncology, Medical/Surgical, or related department.<BR>* Previous leadership (charge, preceptor etc) experience in a hospital setting<BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Holy Family Hospital is a progressive, full service hospital in Spokane, Washington, offering a full range of medical and surgical services as well as specialty support and outpatient services.
