               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: *RN Case Reviewer - Deaconess Hospital<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR>Duties include reviewing and evaluating data from the medical record, including but not limited to, medical staff quality indicators, outcome triggers, surgical case invasive procedure review, mortality review and other special targeted studies and complications in accordance with QI standards and procedures. Assists in the management of medical staff peer review process. Assists quality department in review and management of quality initiatives including regulatory compliance activities. Assists with reviewing/evaluating incident reports as necessary. Assists with statistical analysis and reports as appropriate.<BR>Certifications / Licenses:<BR>* WA state Registered Nurse or other health care license/degree.<BR>Education:. Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Nursing Required.<BR>Experience: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience required (acute med/surg and or critical care preferred) 1-3 years experience in quality and/or risk field preferred. A working knowledge of quality improvement principles and health information. Must possess a positive working relationship with Medical Staff, department leaders and hospital staff throughout the facility.
