<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: *Rockwood Clinic - Chief Operating Officer - (Spokane, WA)<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR>The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Rockwood Clinic. In this capacity, the COO carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations. The COO provides management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical programs within the clinic. In conjunction with the CEO, the COO provides management leadership and directs a team of clinic administrators and managers. The management responsibilities are diverse with broad organizational implications and complexity characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect. <BR><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> <BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<BR><BR>All responsibilities and standards shall be performed according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the department and Rockwood Clinic.<BR><BR>* Plans, directs and evaluates the daily operations of Rockwood Clinic, participating with and involving others from the RWC Leadership Team in assuring the effective delivery of patient care services. <BR>* Provide and direct day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that is guided by the mission and core values of the company. <BR>* Introduce ideas that contribute to the overall good of the organization.<BR>* Ensures the provision of affordable, high quality health care services by appropriately utilizing and organizing available human, financial, and physical resources;<BR>* Implements effective and ongoing programs to monitor, evaluate, and improve quality care delivered to patients.<BR>* Assures that managers and staff incorporate quality improvement methodology in the performance of their work. Develop and implement systems to support Physician & Provider practices throughout RWC (as needed).<BR>* Accountable and responsible for administrative management and leadership for designated service lines, participating in RWC policy decisions that affect patient care services and operations relative to RWC. Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the delivery of patient care in clinics.<BR>* Work with CFO and Finance Team to monitor clinic budgets, productivity measures, and other internal controls to assure targets and maximum performance measures are attained.<BR>* Assists managers in developing corrective action plans and provides direction and accountability in monitoring progress toward defined targets; works with appropriate service line Management regarding departmental budgets, productivity and other performance targets. <BR>* Leads change initiatives by adequately identifying and involving key stakeholders in processes; works to achieve understanding among constituencies and supports and models effective communication; maintains close ties to all RWC departments and to medical staff to assure operations are running s </font></td>
