Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>A North side employer now part of a global company providing a full range of equipment, systems, and services to mining, aggregate and bulk solids industries is recruiting for an SCHEDULER for their Boise, ID location (not Spokane). Creates, maintains and tracks the schedule performance for major projects. Coordinates with all departments to determine and track actual performance, future trends, and constraints. Other duties include; Create and maintains project and resource schedules, utilizing Primavera P6 scheduling software, as directed by the Chief Project Manager. Provides project managers with regular schedule status reports. Initiates corrective actions to project schedules as required based on project deadlines. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have an Associates Degree, preferably in business or business related fields such as administration, management, finance, accounting or pre-law. <BR>- Must have at least two (2) + years of contract management experience in construction, material handling or similar related industries.<BR>- Must have expert proficiency in computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b> <BR>Must have an demonstrated expert ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, engineering drawings, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations, the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors and employees, have the expert ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists, have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form, and a demonstrated ability to be a broad strategic thinker.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Working knowledge of Primavera scheduling software a plus.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday. Near public transportation. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Salary depending on experience and qualifications.
