               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Summary<BR>This role will serve in an oversight capacity to Avista’s DS delivery and operations teams.  Serving as the DS Manager’s delegate, this individual will work to ensure that the DS teams adhere to Avista’s Enterprise Technology organizational and architectural direction.  Direct responsibility for all DS engineering designs, standards and operational process, as well as accountable for process creation and enforcement.  Lead multi-discipline teams through complex and high impact issue resolution. Builds and maintains healthy line of business and vendor relationships.  Maintains a technology leadership role and expertise.  Recommends technology cycles and works to reduce the TCO for all DS technologies.  Executes assignments under minimal direction.  Works to provide “line of sight
