               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Spokane Mental Health and Family Service Spokane joined together as Frontier Behavioral Health.<BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: – Relevant Bachelor’s degree and five years experience supporting Systems Analysis and Design, Programming, Third Party Software Support, Quality Assurance, Software Training, Crystal Reports, Database Management.  Certifications in knowledge based areas preferred.  Relevant experience may substitute for education. <BR><BR>DUTIES: This position works in the areas of Applications Development and Project Management.  It is responsible for supporting the Clinical and Medical staff end-user needs for our production system, UNI/CARE Pro-Filer, supporting MS Access subsystems, as needed, writing Ad-Hoc reports, generating data pulls for senior management, maintaining our SQL databases, and monitoring our daily processes.  In addition, this position is responsible with compiling, transmission, and error correction of the information transmitted to the Spokane County Regional Support Network Information System (SCRSN IS) via EDI and works on IT Project Management, as assigned by the Technical Project Manager and the TST Manager and backups up the Senior Development Analyst/DBA in areas of web support, database management, and system security.<BR> <BR>BENEFIT PACKAGE: Includes paid time off (PTO), <BR>nine holidays, in-service training, educational leave, extended sick leave (ESL), medical and dental coverage, retirement, disability, and life insurance.<BR><BR>To apply for this position please visit our website www.smhca.org<BR><BR>Frontier Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer.</font></td>
