               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Senior Radio Frequency Technician position with long-established local communications firm providing call center and paging service to a substantial customer base. <BR><BR>This Senior Radio Frequency Technician position requires expertise in Radio Frequency systems specifically paging base station and microwave system maintenance and repair. Computer networking expertise is required for maintenance of a complex multi-state multi-site call center system as well. Some tower work and winter snowmobiling to difficult mountaintop sites is necessary. <BR><BR>Solid understanding of electronic theory and computer networking, good trouble-shooting skills and good documentation skills plus several years of experience are essential. AA degree(s) in electronics and networking; A+, MCSE, MSCNA, MSCNE, CCNA and other certifications are relevant. Ongoing OJT and independent personal education essential to keep up. Technology should be an avocation not just a job. Other skills and interests may be of value.<BR><BR>Strong work ethic; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; service attitude; ability to communicate with immediate team-members, other departments and customers; and interpersonal skills are important contributors to success in this position.<BR><BR>Our company philosophy is to under-promise and over-perform.
