She/he will report directly to the VP & GM of North America Diagnostics and will lead and collaborate with a cross functional leadership team to drive the overall performance of the SGL business.<BR><BR>We are looking for a leader – a motivating, energetic and operationally focused individual to manage our Signature Genomics site. The selected individual will have ownership and accountability of driving process improvements, efficiencies, and profitability, while developing a high performing team, ensuring the long term successful performance of the SGL business. The objective of this position is to drive high levels of customer satisfaction while building an efficient and cost effective infrastructure, and improving both top line growth and stronger reimbursement. <BR><BR>The Site Leader manages the overall health of the business & P/L. The individual is directly accountable for Project Management, Customer Interface (including Accessioning, Customer Service, Benefits Investigation and Prior Authorization, Genetic Counselors, Publications, Software Product Management, and Commercial Operations), Laboratory Operations and Medical Directorship. The individual is indirectly accountable for Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Managed Markets, and R&D & Manufacturing.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR><BR>· Manage the overall health of the business and have P&L and site wide operational responsibility<BR>· Directly lead a team of 4 functions including project management, medical director, customer interface, and laboratory operations and indirectly lead and influence all matrix functions<BR>· Identify innovative and creative ways to drive business success<BR>· Facilitate and lead routine cross-functional meetings, staff meetings, the monthly business review, and participate in monthly management operating reviews, and other meetings as needed and appropriate<BR>· Create a customer centric, commercially focused, for profit culture that is transparent and candid with aligned change agents & champions across all functions<BR>· Motivate, build a lead a high performing team by hiring, training, and coaching employees and ensuring a strong feedback loop system both as part of and out of the merit award process.<BR>· Manage the product portfolio and the overall product life cycle including development (accelerating, holding, stopping, and moving products from proof of principle through verification, validation, and clinical implementation<BR>· Manage the business relationships and contract negotiations with external vendors/parties<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR><BR>· BA degree.
