               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Two-year degree in Gerontology or health-related field preferred; or one year of related experience in a health-care setting. Background and experience commensurate with long-term care services to the geriatric population, including ability to complete relevant sections of the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Demonstrates interest, skills, and ability in working with and understanding the needs of institutionalized adults. Ability to interact competently with residents, families, staff, and personnel from community agencies. Able to competently present information both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates respect for and awareness of HIPAA and client/resident privacy. Able to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications and other office equipment.</font></td>
