The ideal candidate would have highly developed campaign leadership and volunteer management skills, and possess a strong commitment to mitigating climate change and building Washington’s green building industry. <BR><BR>Job Summary<BR><BR>Act as organizer in the Spokane region. Work with Director of Marketing and Outreach to design and implement SustainableWorks campaign model across the region. <BR><BR>Summary of Essential Job Functions<BR>• Senior level organizing skills; including the ability to design and implement community organizing campaigns<BR>• Ability to stay on message when communicating with the public <BR>• Ability to develop relationships with key community leaders and volunteers<BR>• Ability to lead a team of organizers; including providing mentoring and developing skills in accordance with the SustainableWorks organizing model<BR>• Ability to track and assess campaign the success of campaign tactics and make course currections as needed. <BR>• Outstanding analytical, organizational and communications skills<BR>• Ability to travel throughout the Spokane region.<BR>• Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce preferred<BR><BR>Wages<BR>Pay dependant up on skills and experience. <BR><BR>Disclaimer<BR>This listing is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
