This position works with a team of Engineers to deploy traditional, hosted and managed solutions to their customer base. Significant proficiency is required in concept of operations development, system design and review, requirements definition, system transition planning and supporting customer defined system integration tasks.<BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Perform onsite and/or remote installation, configuration, analysis, repair and support.<BR>* Perform systems engineering activities in all phases of a project to include: discovery, design, build, test and deploy.<BR>* Participate in the Statements of Work preparation process to accurately define the scope of the project.<BR>* Interface with various customers at a technical level and propose viable solutions in real time during customer meetings.<BR>* Effectively identify, prioritize and translate business goals and objectives into information technology strategies and solutions.<BR>* Work with customers to identify high-level business requirements.<BR>* Monitor project resources, set priorities and provide project status reporting.<BR>This is a Direct Hire, Full-time Employee position in Spokane, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, located in Spokane Valley, WA.
