<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Telehealth Analyst<BR>Department: TeleHealth<BR>Schedule: Full Time<BR>Shift: Day<BR>Hours: 8-5<BR>Job Details: <BR>* <BR><BR><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> <BR>SUMMARY STATEMENT & PURPOSE<BR>This position develops, implements and supports the video communications hardware and networks associated with all TeleHealth sites. Systems include video bridges, codecs, H.320, H.323 and H.324 based communications systems, remote access and links to other outside service receivers. Performs evaluative testing of different equipment types for possible integration into the TeleHealth network. The position works closely with site personnel, network analysts and vendors to design, install and configure integrated conferencing networks.<BR> <BR>KEY RESULT AREAS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - All functions are essential functions unless otherwise noted.<BR>1. Provide a high level of technical expertise in various areas, i.e. administration and performance of the network services, monitoring network components including: hardware and software evaluation, system design, development, creation of plans for implementation to insure compliance, selection, installation, testing, implementation, documentation, safeguarding financial interests and resources, training and education, procedures, user access, troubleshooting, problem resolution and general support of video network systems.<BR>2. Keep projects on task.<BR>3. Assist in preparation of reports and presentations, attends and positively contributes to meetings.<BR>4. Consult with users.<BR>5. Assist in training of individuals on the use of conferencing and related equipment.<BR>6. Work cooperatively as a team member.<BR>7. May act as a project leader<BR>8. Be solution oriented and have excellent customer skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.<BR>9. Responsible for demonstrating an awareness and sensitivity to information, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. Knows basic HIPAA law as it pertains to health plans. All employees of Inland Northwest Health Services who have direct or indirect access to patient health information must treat that information with the strictest confidence. Any unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or casual discussion of such information shall be considered a violation of this policy and shall be the grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.<BR>COMPLEXITY AND SUPERVISION<BR>Applies expert knowledge and extensive related experience and judgment to accomplish goals and objectives.<BR><BR>TECHNOLOGY / EQUIPMENT USED:<BR>Meditech, MS Office, MS Outlook, internet, intranet, computer, mouse, keyboard, monitor, phone, fax, copier, printers, and projectors/videoconferencing equipment.<BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<BR>o Bachelors degree or Associate degree in Computer Science; or related field and three (3) or more years experience in similar related fields where formal or certificate training for data/o </font></td>
