The TPL Account Representative will work directly with patients, the liable party and insurance adjustors, ensuring that patients are covered appropriately and hospitals receive the reimbursement to which they are entitled. <BR><BR><BR><b> Tasks include: </b><BR><BR>Manage multiple tasks in an organized manner without direct supervision, including lien administration and other tasks.<BR>Locate and secure documents from various public and private sources, such as the Sheriff’s office, public service agencies, risk management departments and other related persons.<BR>Conduct field visits to obtain compliance related records and meet with clients to ensure the accuracy of obtained information.<BR><BR><BR><b> Preferred Skills/Experience: </b><BR><BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand others and effectively disseminate technical information is required. <BR>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to operate well in stressful situations.<BR>Required computer skills: must have experience with data entry and word processing, be capable of operating routine office equipment, possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and understand how to navigate through web-based applications.  Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.<BR>Professional business appearance.<BR><BR><BR><b> The ideal candidate will have employment experience in the following fields: </b><BR><BR>Service processor and/or skip tracing<BR>Multi-line insurance claims coordination with general liability experience <BR>Third Party Administrator with COB Audit Management <BR>Knowledge or experience in the medical billing and/or denial field <BR><BR>Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm</font></td>
