This position will be responsible for managing department personnel, order clearance, inventory available maintenance, and updating computer software.  Additionally oversee the preparation and printing of daily TV station logs, oversees programming of stations, overseas reconciliation in preparation for billing, updating computer s/w and backs up the computer station, provides sales and management staff with avails information and management reports, and will hire terminate, supervise, and traffic personnel<BR><BR>Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages women and members of minority groups to apply.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  <BR>- Must have had previous experience in television traffic operations.  <BR>- Must have knowledge of Wide Orbit television computerized inventory avails system. <BR>- Must have intermediate typing and 10-key skills.   <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>Must have effective oral and written communication skills, have proactive management skills, have the ability to effectively prioritize, have the ability to work effectively under pressure without supervision, and have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>None<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may vary for special events. Near public transportation. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Salary depending on experience.
