The company has been a leader in the intermodal industry since 1903 and has built an impressive reputation by providing quality services nationwide. They offer fully integrated intermodal operations in trucking, terminal management and maintenance.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>-Basic/entry level mechanical skills required.<BR>-Must have working knowledge in the use of hand tools.<BR>-Must be able to perform oil changes, miscellaneous engine repairs and preventive maintenance.<BR>-Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 40lbs regularly.<BR>-Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions.<BR>-Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.<BR>-Must be flexible and available for all shifts.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>-Must have a valid state drivers license.<BR>-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.<BR>-Ability to communicate, written and verbally and have adequate computer skills.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>-Knowledge of welding and repairing semi-trailers helpful but not required. <BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This is a day shift position typically working 40 hours a week Monday through Friday but must be flexible to work all shifts if needed. Public transportation is available.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Wage will start at $10.00 to $12.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
