The qualified individual will provide administrative and clerical support to the Catering Department, Human Resources Department, and Finance Department as well as support the general staff by providing ongoing administrative assistance. <BR><BR>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES <BR><BR><BR><BR>~ Greet and direct clients, vendors, and visitors, answer and direct calls<BR><BR>~ Utilize judgment to interpret departmental policy to resolve routine to complex inquiries or problems, serves as liaison with other departments.<BR><BR>~ Assist Catering Director with event scheduling, creation of orders, set-up, and planning.<BR><BR>~ Assist Human Resources and Finance Manager as needed.<BR><BR>~ Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.<BR><BR>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS <BR><BR>~ Must be professional and possess effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.<BR><BR>~ Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.<BR><BR>~ Must be a self starter who can prioritize and excel in both an individual and team environment<BR><BR>~ Must have an ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient manner.<BR><BR>~ Requires a general understanding of proper telephone protocol and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
