We strive to be the provider of choice by personalizing our services to meet each customer's needs and preferences and by creating a positive working environment that values and releases the talent, energy and creativity of our teammates.<BR><BR>Vocational Trainer:<BR><BR>The Vocational Trainer provides on-the-job support to individuals in assessment sites, volunteer sites and employment sites; drafts and completes all case notes and may assist with Intakes/Assessments and/or Person Centered Plans.<BR><BR>Job Duties:<BR><BR> Maintains knowledge of individuals, their employment goals, job sites, and support needs.   <BR><BR> Provides job coaching and on-the-job support to individuals receiving supported employment services at volunteer and paid job sites where necessary. Perform and master job tasks in preparation for providing participant with on-the-job training. Assist participants in learning job tasks, adapting to the workplace environment, and establishing normalized work routines, while maintaining a healthy, supportive relationship. <BR><BR> Participates as part of individual s support team in developing individual s plan to achieve their employment goals<BR><BR> Provides feedback to the Manager about any changes that may be needed in an individual s employment/ service plan to help them better attain their goals.<BR><BR>Qualifications: <BR>High school diploma or equivalent required. <BR>Prefer some college or exp working with individuals with developmental disabilities. <BR><BR>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer<BR><BR>APPLICATION PROCEDURES:<BR>* Resumes are gladly accepted, but applicants are also required to complete an online SL Start employment application.<BR></font></td>
