               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>Job Purpose:</b>  Support Shop Manager by maintaining an organized transportation fleet, warehouse and yard. <BR><BR><b>Duties: </b><BR>• Report directly to Shop Manager for projects and assignments.<BR>• Work with Project Managers and Drillers to setup and ship upcoming jobs or receive equipment from the field.<BR>• Inspect drills and tools as they return from the field and report all finding to Shop Manager<BR>• Organize and maintain yard and warehouse stock.<BR>• Repair and rebuild down-hole tooling and keep inventory of company property<BR>• Responsible for grounds keeping and snow removal<BR>• Monitor warehouse shipping and receiving including airfreight<BR>• Identify and procure equipment parts <BR>• Coordinate vehicle/fleet routine maintenance and repairs through monitoring and scheduling.<BR>• Act as the company Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations subject-matter expert – interface with GPS vendor, ensure FMCSR compliance, train employees on log books and hours of service requirements, maintain Driver Qualification files, and compilation of all driver paperwork (including vehicle inspections, log books, and fuel logs).  <BR><BR><b>Skills/Requirements: </B><BR>• Commercial Driver’s License Required<BR>• Organized, responsible, independent, self-motivated individual. <BR>• Multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities<BR>• Fast worker with attention to detail <BR>• Ability to be called in on evenings and weekends</font></td>
