               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Kelly IT Resources has an immediate need for aComputer/Network Support Technician located in Bingen, WA.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Mid-level position to provide technical assistance, investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>Install, troubleshoot, & maintain, PC-?s and printers, software, and peripheral devices.<BR><BR>Perform routine hardware/software adds, moves and changes.<BR><BR>Work with management to meet all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, printers and peripheral equipment.<BR>* Prepares or ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions.<BR>* Provide regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems<BR>* Maintain PC-?s to company standards<BR>* Prepare new systems for users<BR>* Move and set up systems in conjunction with personnel moves.<BR>* Other duties as required<BR><BR>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:<BR><BR><BR>* Strong verbal communication skills.<BR>* Solid working knowledge of PC's.<BR>* Phone System Management<BR>* Cell Phone Management<BR>* Printer Services.<BR>* Hands on software and hardware troubleshooting skills.<BR>* Proficient in MS applications. <BR>* Network troubleshooting.<BR><BR>Education:<BR><BR><BR>* HS Diploma required or equivalent;<BR>* BA/BS preferred.<BR>This is for a 3 month contract.<BR><BR> <BR><BR>For 60 years, Kelly Services has provided outstanding employment opportunities, including temporary, direct hire, and temporary-to-hire, to the most talented individuals in the marketplace.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Kelly IT Resources is a division of Kelly Services - an international, Fortune 500 Company with a reputation for excellence.
