A cover letter, generic application and a resume reflecting the appropriate experience will be required at the time of referral.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>* Demonstrate ability to drive team results through modeling, teaching, and coaching our 5 step selling process.<BR>* Provide associates tools to succeed, including guidance, training, and inspirational leadership<BR>* Take initiative, identify needs, and take action to provide exceptional customer service.<BR>* Build relationships within the community by developing activities and participating in organizations to promote products and services.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Hs/Ged<BR>* Minimum of 12 months experience leading a sales team documented on a resume<BR>* Computer literacy in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel<BR>* Ability to understand, speak, read, write in English and in Spanish<BR>* Ability to pass a reference check, a pre-employment drug screening, and a criminal background check.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred<BR>* One year in the wireless industry<BR>* Previous experience in leading teams that consistently exceed sales goals.<BR>* Prior supervisory or coaching experience.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>* Ft position working flexible hours, all days of the week<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>* $34,342 - 39,474 Yr.
