               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Task and Responsibilities<BR><BR>• Clean carpet and rugs with chemical solutions in residential or commercial facilities.  Use both portable and Van mounted cleaning systems<BR>• Prepare the surface when necessary by vacuuming carpet/rugs to remove loose dirt.<BR><BR>• Use portable scrubbing machines and or hand brushes.<BR><BR>• Determine cleaning method according to condition of carpets/rugs within specifications. <BR><BR>• Identify persistent stains and select spotting agent to remove stain according to type of fiber, dye, and stain.<BR><BR>• Apply chemical solution into carpet/rug using cleaning method until stain disappears.<BR><BR>• Using carpet/rug cleaning equipment such as extractors.  May also use sponges, Squeegees, and vacuum nozzles<BR><BR>• May clean upholstered furniture, using extractors, sponge brush and cleaning solutions <BR><BR>• Participate in regular staff meetings as required<BR><BR>• Be capable to sale services to potential customers/clients<BR><BR>• Other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Skills and abilities<BR><BR>• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<BR>• Must be able to handle stressful situations and people.<BR>• Must be able to organize and perform duties independently<BR>• Must possess a valid driver’s license<BR>• Maintain confidentiality within company’s guidelines<BR><BR>Education;  HS/GED Certificate and/or related training<BR><BR>Experience: One to three years<BR><BR><BR>Hughes Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, and a Drug and Tobacco Free Workplace.<BR><BR></font></td>
