<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Responsibilities<BR>• The responsibilities of a commercial sales manager business development, hiring staff, creating and leading a cohesive diverse team, assigning duties, guiding team to meet sales targets, identifying staff coaching needs, reviewing staff performance and completing reporting information and administrative duties. Other tasks include assisting customers as needed, ensuring customers receive quality service and products, dealing with complaints, budgeting and accounting, accounting for inventory and sales records and coordinating sales promotions. Successful applicant must possess the skills necessary to establish a strong customer base and expand territory. All other duties assigned.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>• HS Diploma/GED Equivalency required; Associate of Applied Science in Retail Management or Bachelor of Science in Retail Management preferred<BR>• At least 3 years of retail/commercial management experience preferred<BR>• Ability to create and lead a strong team and a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales in janitorial and facility maintenance services <BR>• Must have the ability to train others<BR>• Basic marketing knowledge<BR><BR></font></td>
