               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Locally owned and operated linen service company in Tacoma is now hiring a facilities maintenance mechanic/machinery assistant responsible for skilled repairs on commercial laundry equipment.   If you have experience repairing PLCs, hi and low-voltage motors, photo eyes, and boilers this may be the ideal position for you.  Employer prefers to hire veterans and is looking for someone who is honest, punctual and communicates effectively.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*  High school or GED preferred<BR>*  Must have demonstrated maintenance skill or experience in the following areas: electrical, mechanical, and electronics<BR>*  Previous experience using a multi meter tool<BR>*  Previous experience or training repairing industrial machinery including but not limited to: programmable logic controls, photo eyes, analog and digital devices, and boiler equipment<BR>*  Must have a current WA drivers license and ability to be insured<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*  Commercial laundry maintenance experience preferred<BR>*  Strong mechanical aptitude<BR>*  Previous welding experience is helpful<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>40 hours per week. Day shift.  Work hours are between 6am to 5pm weekdays<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$12 hr. with vacation pay after 1 yr.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled or closed by the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Pierce County Applicants:<BR>WorkSource is working directly with the employer to fill this position.
