               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A commissioned commercial company that provides janitorial services to the Madigan Regional Medical Center located on Fort Lewis, WA is seeking to hire  two (2) experienced Housekeepers and Floor Technicians.<BR><BR><b>Job Description:</b><BR>Responsibilities will include :<BR>* Daily policing and routine cleaning of patient rooms, lounges, laboratories, bathrooms and offices.<BR>* Sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, stripping and shampooing<BR>floors & carpets in accordance with standards and procedures.<BR>* Using cleaning devices such as vacuum cleaners and buffers as well as necessary chemicals and supplies.<BR>* Observing and reporting any deficiencies of supplies, equipment, furniture and fixtures.<BR><BR><b> Hours / Days / Schedule:</b><BR>Three shifts are available:<BR>Day:  6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.<BR>Swing:  3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.<BR>Grave:  11:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.<BR><BR><b>Job Requirements:</b><BR>*   Five (5) months verifiable experience in housekeeping <i>in an institutional setting, such as a hospital, health care facility or hotel.</i> <BR>*   Must have a High School Diploma or GED.<BR>*   Must possess current, valid WA State Driver's License, current registration and proof of insurance to drive on military base.<BR>*   Must be able to read and understand English well enough to follow written and verbal instructions.<BR>*   Employer conducts a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening to gain access to Fort Lewis.<BR><BR><b> Salary / Wage / Benefit: </b><BR>$14.16 / hour + benefits (medical, dental ins.; paid holidays, vacation & sick leave).<BR><BR><b>To Apply:</b>  <BR>This employer requests that qualified individuals complete a company application at the Pierce County WorkSource Offices listed below.  <BR><BR>WorkForce Central <BR>Business Connection<BR>3650 S.
