Join a winning sales team where community involvement is considered a wise investment.</b> <br><br> <b>Inside Sales Representative <br> Tacoma and Seattle WA</b> <br><br> <b>Bring your sales expertise to this role where you will:</b> <ul><li> Promote the sale and retention of all Regence individual and senior products to potential customers and brokers, when applicable, through the processing of both inbound and outbound phone calls, Regence website instant messaging and in person activities <li> Provide information, education and assistance to potential and current policyholders, employers, and agents regarding Regence and Asuris insurance plans</ul><BR><b>Key qualifications and experience:</b> <ul><li> 1+ year experience in sales or experience in a customer service position; a Medicare related field is desired <li> Currently licensed, or must become licensed within three months, to sell disability, dental and life insurance. Incentive is paid based on enrollment per state. Employee must be licensed for each state they receive incentive compensation <li> Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn: Regence and Asuris individual / Medicare and RLH products, benefit structure and design, business practices, competitor products (including strengths and weaknesses), current industry legislation, sales methods and skills <li> Must be proficient and able to respond to inquiries regarding all Regence / Asuris / RLH individual and Medicare products in all states served by Regence <li> Mature and professional presence in meeting with all levels of customers as well as with internal departments <li> Excellent human relations skills <li> 2 years Degree in a field related to Marketing or Business; or equivalent education and experience</ul> <br> <b>In addition, candidates must be able to:</b> <ul><li> Work creatively and cooperatively in a customer-focused team environment <li> Interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectively with all types of customers, adjust communication style based on situation / individual as appropriate <li> Set and meet goals, manage time, work under pressure, adapt to shifting workloads and schedules, and meet deadlines <li> Gather and analyze marketing related data <li> Work effectively on teams to accomplish group objectives <li> Use standard desktop PC applications</ul> <br> Regence employees are part of the larger Cambia family of companies, which seeks to drive innovative health solutions.
