               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Lead Landscape Services Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving the condition of Tacoma Goodwill Industries (TGI) facilities operating throughout Washington along with external Go2 Property Services Landscaping customers properties. <BR><BR>Go2 Property Services is a customer focused organization and its employees demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance with internal and external customers. The Lead Landscape Services Technician understands the importance of working with their customers and that takes pride in meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations.<BR><BR>Principal Functions/Responsibilities: <BR>The Lead Landscape Services Technician is skilled in several trade fields to accomplish landscaping duties and projects; the Lead organizes and assigns work of 2-6 technicians. The Lead maintains a computerized work order system (Blue folder), makes decisions on work priorities based on the schedule and direction of the Landscaping Supervisor and/or Landscaping Manager. This position requires knowledge of proper pruning techniques; proper implementation of an Integrated Pest Management Procedure; maintaining a responsible fertilization program; properly maintaining all equipment; monitoring all on-site employees; communicating clearly with customers on a daily basis. <BR><BR>Supervisory Responsibilities: This position organizes and assigns work of 2-6 technicians. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Tacoma Goodwill’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>- At least 3 years prior experience as a skilled technician in several trade fields to accomplish landscaping duties and projects. <BR>- Previous experience managing a team of 2-6 technicians. <BR>- Maintaining a computerized work order system (Blue folder) <BR>- Experience making decisions on work priorities based on the schedule and direction of the Landscaping Supervisor and/or Landscaping Manager. <BR>- This position requires knowledge of proper pruning techniques; proper implementation of an Integrated Pest Management Procedure; maintaining a responsible fertilization program; and properly maintaining all equipment. <BR>- Monitoring all on-site employees. <BR>- Communicating clearly with customers on a daily basis. <BR><BR>Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
